Nike debuted the Air Monarch back in 2002. For 2018, the Swoosh has launched the M2K Tekno – a modernized version of the classic Monarch with a throwback 90s look.Drawing inspiration from the cult-classic Air Monarch, the M2K boasts expansive layering on its upper lending to a bevy of color blocking capabilities for Nike’s design team. Next up for the Tekno is an affectionately dubbed “Techno Future” color scheme that carries both a futuristic and retro aesthetic anchored by a primarily Gunksmoke colorway with multiple levels of grey and white and bold red detailing. Beyond this model’s on-trend look, its lightweight foam midsole provides incredibly plush cushioning, allowing for unmatched all-day comfort.

Its latest release comes dressed in a Gunsmoke, White, Natural Heather, and University Red color scheme. Continuing the bulky dad shoe style, the shoe is covered in Grey tones highlighted with Red accents atop White foam midsole and Black appearing on the rubber outsole.
